Refund and Returns Policy

At The Rolling Inn, every order is made, packed, and checked with care before it leaves our workshop. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

For standard, non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please be aware that returns are not available for items bought at a discount for whichever reason.

To start a return, please contact us at info@therollinginn.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in their original condition
  • packed safely for return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders, personalized items, commissioned pieces, and products made specifically to your request cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

This includes custom painted pieces, personalized designs, custom requests, and made-to-specification items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the shipping label

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that payment providers or banks may need additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law or where the return is due to our mistake, damage, or a defective item.

If you choose a more expensive shipping method, such as Express shipping, any refund of shipping costs may be limited to the standard available shipping option, where allowed by law.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Please pack returned items carefully. In the event that a returned item arrives damaged, is missing, or has gotten lost, we may be forced to review the return’s options.

For this reason, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation may not always be possible depending on how far along the process we got, especially for custom or personalized orders. 

Once an order has been shipped out it is not possible to cancel it, please refer to the returns policy for available options.
