Shipping Policy

At The Rolling Inn, we ship our tabletop gear worldwide from Greece using DHL tracked shipping. Every order is packed carefully before it leaves the inn.

Processing Time

Most items are made, prepared, or finished after your order is placed.

Processing time: 5 to 10 business days before shipping.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. We will do our best to prioritize it where possible, but delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by us.

During busy periods, conventions, holidays, or large custom orders, processing may take a little longer. If there is any important delay, we will contact you.

Shipping Options

We offer DHL shipping options where available:

DHL Economy

A more affordable tracked option and only available within Europe and UK, for customers who do not need their order urgently. This is shipment by land and it may take 4-10 days to reach you.

DHL Express

A faster tracked option for customers who want their order delivered within 2-3 business days.

Phone Number Requirement

DHL Greece requires a phone number in order to create the shipping label. Please make sure your phone number is correct when placing your order.

Your phone number is used only for shipping and delivery purposes.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For all international destinations, we offer DDP shipping, which means duties and import taxes are handled in advance by us, so there will be no surprise customs fees on delivery.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, customs processing, courier workload, holidays, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Once an order has been handed to DHL, some delays may be outside our control, but we will always help you check the tracking if something looks wrong.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of:

  • the damaged item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

This helps us review the issue and assist you properly.
