Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Greece using DHL tracked shipping.
All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and applicable clearance charges are paid by us for all countries, including the United States. You should not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

Europe Outside the EU
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine and Vatican City.
The United Kingdom has its own separate shipping rate and is therefore not included in the Europe non-EU group.
Tracking
Every order includes DHL tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Duties, Tariffs & Customs
International orders are shipped DDP. Duties, tariffs, import taxes and applicable customs charges are covered by us, so there should be no additional customs payment required when your parcel is delivered.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates apply after dispatch. Courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather and local delivery conditions can occasionally affect delivery times.
